围场县居民缺血性脑卒中发病情况调查

目的 了解围场县30岁以上人群缺血性脑卒中患病情况。方法 该次调查选定围场县在人口构成、经济、地理、气候等方面具有代表性的围场镇、道坝子乡、新地乡及城子乡为调查点，统计2015年调查范围内的缺血性脑卒中人群患病率、发病率、死亡率及再复发率等情况。结果 调查的人数为26 130人，共确诊脑血管病 499例，其中男性310例，女性189例，发病的平均年龄为61.3岁。30岁以上人群患病率为1.91%，40岁以上人群患者率为2.59%。2015年脑卒中发病116例，40岁以上人群发病率为0.61%。2015年因缺血性卒中而死亡77人，死亡率为0.295%。499例缺血性脑卒中患者中，复发病例达到202例，复发率为40.48%，其中男性复发率为42.90%，女性复发率为36.51%。同时调查还发现，80岁以下患者，随着年龄增长，患病率也相应增高。结论 围场县是缺血性卒中的高发地区，复发率、患病率及死亡率高于全国平均水平，尤其是复发率最为明显。这与该县居民摄入钠量较多和高血压控制不满意有关。［关键词］缺血性卒中；患病率；发病率；死亡率；复发率

［Abstract］Objective To know the prevalence of cerebral arterial thrombosis in residents above 30 years old in our county. Methods Weichang town，Daobaizi township，Xindi township and Chengzi township that were representative in the population composition，economy，geography and climate in our county were selected as the survey points，and the prevalence rate of population with cerebral arterial thrombosis，fatality rate，death rate and recurrence rate in the survey range in 2015 were counted.Results In 26130 cases，499 cases were diagnosed with cerebrovascular disease，including 310 male cases and 189 female cases，the mean incidence age was 61.3 years old，the prevalence rate in population above 30 years old was 1.91% and above 40 years old was 2.59%，stroke occurred to 116 cases in 2015，the prevalence rate in population above 40 years old was 0.61%，77 cases died due to cerebral ischemic stroke in 2015 and the death rate was 0.295%，in 499 cases of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke，the recurrence cases reached 202 and the recurrence rate was 40.48%，among them，the male recurrence rate was 42.90%and female recurrence rate was 36.51%，at the same time，the survey showed that for patients below 80 years old，the older the age，the higher the prevalence rate.Conclusion Our country is the high-incidence area，the recurrence rate，fatality rate and death rate are higher than those in the average level in China，especially the recurrence rate is the most obvious，which is related to the more sodium intake and unsatisfactory hypertension control of residents in our country.
