流动儿童计划免疫管理模式分析

目的 分析该院计免科流动儿童的计划免疫接种情况，掌握流动儿童预防接种规律，探索相应的管理策略。方法 对2011—2015年5年间在该院计免科进行预防接种的16 718人次流动儿童进行登记调查。查看他们的脊灰、百白破、麻疹、乙脑、流脑五苗基础免疫和加强免疫完成情况。结果 每年的流动儿童接种人次，流动儿童五苗基础免疫人次，流动儿童五苗加强免疫人次均有显著提高。结论 实践表明我院加大预防接种宣传力度，做好预防接种信息化系统建设，加强主动搜索是流动儿童计划免疫管理的有效手段。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the management model of planned immunization of flow children in the department of immunization program and master the flow children's preventive inoculation law and explore the corresponding management strategies.Methods 16718 flow children with preventive inoculation in the department of immunization program in our hospital from 2011 to 2015 were registered and surveyed，and the five basic immunizations such as polio，diphtheria，measles，epidemic encephalitis B and epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and completion of booster immunization were observed.Results Inoculation person-time，five basic immunizations person-time and booster immunization person-time of flow children obviously increased.Conclusion The practice shows that enlarging publicity of preventive inoculation，doing a good job in the preventive inoculation informational system construction and enhancing the active search are the effective means of planned immunization management of flow children.

计划免疫是公共卫生、儿童保健工作的一项重要内容，也是提高人口生命质量和素质的一个重要手段，同时也是降低儿童死亡率、控制和预防传染性疾病的一个有效措施［1］。但近年来，随着经济发展，城市间人口流动越来越频繁。与常住儿童相比，流动儿童的接种率一直偏低，而接种率的高低是决定免疫效果的关键，这也增加了免疫工作的难度［2］，增加了传染性疾病发生的危险，须引起重视。因此，为掌握流动儿童预防接种规律，探索相应的管理策略，对昆明市官渡区妇幼保健中心流动儿童计划免疫接种数据进行了分析，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

2011—2015年昆明市官渡区妇幼保健中心预防接种的流动儿童五苗（脊灰、百白破、麻疹、乙脑、流脑）常规免疫和强化免疫报表，共计16 718人次
