优质护理管理在脑血栓患者护理中的作用探讨

目的探讨优质护理管理在脑血栓患者护理中的作用。方法于2015年1月—2016年1月间，在该院选择60例脑血栓患者作为研究对象，将患者按护理方法随机分为优质组（n=30）和常规组（n=30），给予优质组患者优质护理管理，给予常规组患者常规护理管理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果优质组患者满意度与常规组相比明显较高（P＜0.05）。优质组患者护理后NIHSS评分、Barthel指数与常规组相比明显较优（P＜0.05）。优质组患者住院时间与常规组相比明显较少（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理管理能有效改善患者预后，促进患者早日出院，提高患者满意度，可在脑血栓患者中推广运用。

［Abstract］Objective To study the effect of excellent nursing management in the nursing of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods 60 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects，and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each according the nursing method，the excellent group were given excellent nursing management，the conventional group were given conventional nursing management，and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The satisfactory degree in the excellent group was obviously higher than that in the conventional group by comparison（P＜0.05），the NIHSS score and Barthel index after nursing in the excellent group were obviously better than those in the conventional group（P＜0.05），and the length of stay in the excellent group was obviously fewer than that in the conventional group by comparison（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The excellent nursing management can effectively improve the prognosis of patients，promote the early discharge of patients and improve the satisfactory degree of patients，which can be promoted and applied in patients with cerebral thrombosis.

脑血栓是因脑动脉主干或皮质支动脉粥样硬化，脑部血管增厚、管腔狭窄闭塞，导致血栓形成，脑局部血流减少甚至中断，导致脑组织缺血缺氧、软化、坏死而引起的局灶性神经系统症状［1］。脑血栓是脑梗死中最为常见的类型，患者具有较高的致死率及致残率，及早治疗是改善患者预后的关键。此次研究中探讨优质护理对脑血栓患者的护理效果，以期改善患者预后，现报道如下。
