乳腺癌化疗患者的护理风险管理

目的 分析乳腺癌化疗患者护理风险管理的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年6月—2015年5月收治的124例乳腺癌化疗患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各62例。对照组实行常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实行护理风险管理。对比两组护理不良事件和护理纠纷事件的发生率及护理前、后患者的生活质量和对护理工作的满意度。结果 观察组护理不良事件和护理纠纷事件的发生率均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理前生活质量得分和护理满意度得分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组护理后生活质量得分及护理满意度得分均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 护理风险管理能有效的减少乳腺癌化疗患者不良事件的发生率，并提高生活质量，防止护理纠纷事件的发生，从而改善护理质量。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of nursing risk management of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods 124 cases of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 62 cases，the control group adopted routine nursing，the observation group adopted nursing risk management on the basis of the control group，and the incidence rates of adverse events and nursing disputes，quality of life before and after nursing and satisfactory degree of nursing work were compared. Results The incidence rates of nursing adverse events and disputes in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group（P＜0.05），the quality of life score and nursing satisfactory degree before nursing between the two groups had no obvious difference（P＞0.05），the quality of life score and nursing satisfactory degree score after nursing in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Nursing risk management can effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse events in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy，improve the quality of life and prevent the occurrence of nursing disputes thus improving the nursing quality.

随着生活节奏的加快以及环境污染等情况的日益严重，乳腺癌的发病率呈现日益增高的趋势，被喻为女性健康的主要杀手［1-2］。化疗是治疗乳腺癌的主要方法之一，可有效地帮助病灶缩小，并控制病灶的转移，为不能手术治疗的患者争取手术治疗的机会［3］。但化疗药物在杀灭肿瘤的同时也会造成机体不同程度的不良反应，尤其是化疗药物的渗漏，不但增加了患者的痛苦，使得生活质量明显降低［4］，还易引起医疗纠纷的发生而影响护理质量。……
