全面质量管理在压疮预防上的应用

目的 探讨全面质量管理在压疮预防上的应用效果。方法 将实行全面质量管理后上报的高危压疮风险患者580例设为观察组，将实行全面质量管理前上报的高危压疮风险患者580例设为对照组，对照组采用常规质量管理，观察组采用全面质量管理，观察高危压疮患者压疮的发生率和患者对护理质量的满意度。结果 观察组和对照组的压疮发生率分别为3.79%和13.45%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.8，P＜0.01）；观察组和对照组的满意率分别为94.31%和78.28%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 全面质量管理提高了压疮预防的有效性，大大降低了患者压疮的发生率，提高了护士压疮预防的主动性，值得临床推广使用。

［Abstract］Objective To study the application effect of total quality management in predicting pressure sores.Methods 580 cases of patients with high-risk pressure sores reported after the total quality management were selected as the observation group，and 580 cases of patients with high-risk pressure sores reported after the total quality management were selected as the control group，and the control group adopted routine quality management，the observation group adopted total quality management，and the incidence rate of patients with high-risk pressure sores and satisfactory degree of nursing quality were observed.Results Observation group and the control group of pressure ulcer occurrence rate was 3.79%than 13.45%，the difference was statistically significant（χ2=9.8，P＜0.01）；the observation group and the control group of satisfaction rates were 94.31%than 78.28%，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The total quality management improves the effectiveness of predicting pressure sores，greatly reduces the incidence rate of pressure sores of patients and improves the nurse's initiative of predicting pressure sores，which is worth clinical promotion and application.

全面质量管理是通过对存在的护理风险和高危因素进行正确的评估和提前干预，最大限度减少和预防不良事件发生，以提供给患者一个高效、高质服务为主要目的的一种护理模式，同时提高护理人员的专业性和护理技巧。压疮又称压力性溃疡，是临床常见的并发症［1］。压疮不仅给患者带来疼痛，而且还会大大增加护理工作量，延长患者住院时间和提高医疗费用［2］。预防压疮一直以来都是国内外护理界的热点话题，为了降低高危患者的压疮发生率，提高护理质量，该院自2013年5月成立了专业的压疮预防小组，对压疮高危患者实行全面质量监控，取得良好效果，现报道如下。……
