PDCA循环在医院药学管理中的应用

目的评价PDCA循环在医院药学管理中的应用效果。方法2015年，医院针对药学管理开展PDCA循环管理。结果 2015年，摆药差错率低于2014年，住院患者处方参与会诊、住院部血药浓度检测、患者用药咨询满意率高于2014年，2015年门诊处方合格率、住院处方合格率、基本药物使用率高于2014年，住院输液用药率、门诊抗生素使用率低于2014年，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在医院药学管理中的应用PDCA循环管理，可提高药学服务质量。

［Abstract］Objective To evaluate the application effect of PDCA circulation in the hospital pharmacy management.Methods In 2015，the hospital carries out the PDCA circulation management in the pharmacy management.Results The error rate of drug dispensing in 2015 was lower than that in 2014，the prescription participating in clinical consultation rate of inpatients，blood concentration detection rate in the in-patient department and satisfactory rate of medication consultation of patients in 2015 were higher than those in 2014，and the outpatient prescription qualified rate，inpatient prescription qualified rate and utilization rate of basic drug in 2015 were higher than those in 2014，and the medication rate of inpatient transfusion and utilization rate of outpatient antibiotics in 2015 were lower than those in 2014，and the differences had statistical significance，P＜0.05.Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation management in the hospital pharmacy management can improve the pharmacy service quality.

我国医疗卫生事业正处于高速发展阶段，合理用药是改革的重点内容之一，医院是改革的重中之重。药学管理是医院服务质量管理重要组成部分，其管理水平直接影响医院整体医疗质量。我国传统药学服务围绕药学的经济使用开展，部分医院药学工作中药师工作内容较简单，临床药师制度不成熟，药师在用药指导等临床药物服务的中未能发挥关键作用［1］。不合理用药情况在医院普遍存在，如抗菌药物滥用、辅助治疗类药物滥用等问题十分严重，直接影响医疗安全，影响卫生事业的健康发展［2］。世界卫生组织发出警告，预计到2050年中国每年约300万人死于抗生素的不合理应用［3］。因此，提高医院药学服务水平势在必行。PDCA循环管理是一种持续质量改进方法。2015年，医院将PDCA循环管理应用于医院药学管理之中，成效斐然，现报道如下。……
