护生去西部地区从事护理工作意向影响因素调查

目的 了解护生的西部护理就业意向，并分析其影响因素，从而提出相应的对策，更好地引导护生到西部就业。方法 采用自行设计的问卷对该校237名护理本科、专升本学生进行基层就业意向调查。利用SPSS 20.0软件建立数据库进行数据统计分析不同生源地对西部地区就业率差异有无统计学意义；分析护理本科生西部就业意向偏低的原因及影响因素。结果 护生对于月薪期望过高，对西部就业政策了解匮乏，西部就业意向总体偏低，仅占总人数的10.81%。结论 护理本科生到西部卫生机构就业的意向总体偏低，建议国家通过落实相关就业政策，学校做好相关的引导工作，来帮助更多的学生了解西部卫生机构，鼓励更多的护理毕业生到西部就业。

［Abstract］Objective To know the student nurse's employment intention of western nursing and analyze its influence factors thus putting forwards corresponding strategies and better guiding the western employment of student nurses.Methods 237 nursing undergraduates and students turning the junior into the undergraduate were given basic level employment intention survey by the self-designed questionnaire，the database was set up by the SPSS20.0 software for data statistics，and whether the difference in the employment rate in the western area between different student origins had statistical significance was analyzed，and the cause and influence factor of lower employment intension in western area of nursing undergraduates were analyzed.Results Nursing students expect salary highly and lack understanding of the western employment policy，the overall employment.intentions of the westis low，only 10.81%of the numbers.Conclusion The total employment intension of nursing undergraduates to western health institution is lower，we suggest that the state and school can help more students know western health institutions and encourage more nursing graduates to work in the west area.

如今，大学生就业问题已经是一个社会问题，牵涉到诸多方面。因此做好大学生就业工作刻不容缓。而随着我国卫生服务改革的不断深入，护理事业的不断发展，基层护理已经受到人们的普遍认可，成为促进和维持人们健康不可缺少的内容。护理人员负担着大量的医疗护理、预防保健和健康宣教等工作，为城乡居民的健康作出了巨大的贡献，也是基层医疗卫生队伍中不可或缺的重要力量，为城乡居民的健康做出了巨大的贡献，但是目前我国基层医疗卫生机构的人力资源仍处于较低水平，特别是护理人员［1］。……
