骨科手术风险因素分析及其防范

目的 对骨科手术中所存在的风险因素进行分析，从而为相关防范措施的采取提供依据。方法 选取在2015年4月—2016年4月期间在该院接受骨科手术的60例患者作为研究对象，采取回顾性分析的方式对于60例患者的临床资料进行分析与归纳，从而探究出骨科手术中常存在的风险因素，并根据这些风险因素制定相关的防范措施。结果60例患者中出现手术风险事件的患者人数有30例，占总研究人数的50%，其中由于医务人员使用的医疗器械或者材料不当而导致风险事件发生的人数有10例，占所有风险事件的33.3%，由于手术之前医护人员与患者以及家属沟通不当而导致风险事件产生的人数有15例，占总风险事件的50%，由于手术过程中医务人员处理不当而导致风险事件产生的患者2例，占总风险事件的6.7%，由于其他原因导致骨科手术风险事件产生的3例，占总风险事件的10%。结论 导致骨科手术风险事件产生的因素有很多，相关医疗机构必须加对其的防范。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the risk factors in the operation in the department of orthopaedics thus providing basis for adopting the relevant prevention measures.Methods 60 cases of patients receiving operation in the department of orthopaedics in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects，and the clinical data of them were retrospectively analyzed thus finding out the risk factors occurring in operation in the department of orthopaedics，and the relevant prevention measures were made according to these risks.Results In 60 cases of patients，operative risk events occurred to 30 cases，accounting for 50%in total，the risk events caused by the inappropriate medical instrument and material used by the medical staff occurred to 10 cases，accounting for 33.3%in total，the risk events caused by the inappropriate communication between medical staff and patients and their family before operation occurred to 15 cases，accounting for 50%，the operation risk events in the department of orthopaedics caused by the other causes occurred to 3 cases，accounting for 10%.Conclusion The factors of operation risk event in the department of orthopaedics are most，and the relevant medical institutions must enhance the prevention.

骨科手术是临床上最常见的手术类型之一，受各种因素的影响，骨科手术所存在的风险因素也相对较多，这在一定程度上对于骨科手术的顺利推进造成了阻碍。因此相关医疗机构必须加强重视，积极采取措施对骨科手术风险进行规避，最大程度降低骨科手术风险出现的可能性，为患者的康复创造条件。……
