针刺放血配中药贴敷治疗鹅足腱滑囊炎的临床研究*

目的 观察针刺放血配中药贴敷治疗鹅足腱滑囊炎疗效。方法 60例患者随机数字表法分为治疗组30例（采用针刺放血配中药贴敷），对照组30例（采用针刺加中药贴敷），5次治疗后评价疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率83.33%明显优于对照组的63.33%（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分差别不大（均P ＞0.05），治疗后两组VAS评分与治疗前比较均显著改善 （均P＜0.05），且治疗组改善优于对照组 （均P＜0.05）。两组SF-36问卷治疗前生活质量相关评分水平差别不大（均P＞0.05）。两组治疗后SF-36问卷躯体功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康8个领域评分水平与治疗前比较均改善（均P＜0.05），且治疗组生活质量改善优于对照组（均P＜0.05）。两组均未出现与用药有关的肝肾功能异常和其他毒副反应。结论 针刺放血配中药贴敷治疗鹅足腱滑囊炎疗效明显，风险小，可改善患者生活质量。

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture bloodletting combined with herbal plaster on foot tendon bursitis in goose.Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，30 cases in each.The treatment group received acupuncture bloodletting combined with herbal plaster，while the control group received acupuncture combined with herbal plaster.The curative effect would be evaluated after treatment for 5 times.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%，which was significantly better than that of the control group 63.33%（P<0.05）.Before treatment，difference in VAS scores between the two groups was not big（all P>0.05）；after treatment，VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment（P<0.05），and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in quality of life scores in SF-36 questionnaire between the two groups before treatment（all P>0.05）.After treatment，the scores of SF-36 questionnaire were improved compared with before treatment in 8 fields：physical function，physiological function，body pain，general health，vitality，social function，emotional function and mental health（all P<0.05），and the improvement in the quality of life of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（all P<0.05）.There did not appear liver and kidney dysfunction related with the drug and other toxic side effects in both groups.Conclusion：There is an obvious curative effect of acupuncture bloodletting combined with herbal plaster on foot tendon bursitis in goose，with low risk，and can improve patients′quality of life.

鹅足滑囊是缝匠肌、股薄肌、半腱肌三块肌肉之腱性部分在胫骨近段内侧的附着点，由三个肌腱有致密的纤维膜相连，外形类似鹅足，故称鹅足腱滑囊［1］。鹅足是维持膝关节稳定的主要结构之一［2］，鹅足滑囊炎反复发作，会影响膝关节的稳定性。目前西医治疗本病主要采取手术、封闭、口服消炎止痛药等治疗，存在远期疗效不理想，易于复发的缺点。……
