术后清淋方加艾灸治疗前列腺增生电切术后膀胱刺激征临床观察*

目的 观察应用自拟“术后清淋方”结合艾灸治疗良性前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）后膀胱刺激征的治疗效果。方法 将本院泌尿外科良性前列腺增生电切术后患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组。对照组按照西医常规处理；研究组在对照组的治疗基础上加用自拟“术后清淋方”（随证加减）结合艾灸进行治疗；经5 d治疗后对患者的膀胱刺激征等情况进行随访、观察、对比、统计，总结其疗效。结果 两组膀胱刺激征的发生率、急迫性尿失禁发生率相当（P>0.05）；治疗组膀胱刺激征持续时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）；术后第5日治疗组的生活质量指数评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；术后1个月的国际前列腺症状（IPSS）评分治疗组低于对照组 （P＜0.05）。结论 术后清淋方结合艾灸治疗可提高良性前列腺增生TURP术后膀胱刺激征的疗效。

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the curative effect of postoperative Qinglin decoction on bladder irritation of benign prostatic hyperplasia after the urethra prostate electricity cut method（TURP）.Methods：BPH patients after TURP were randomly divided into the research group and the control group.The control group received a conventional Western medicine treatment，while the research group was added postoperative Qinglin decoction（with certificate and subtract）combined with moxibustion treatment.Five days after treatment，follow-up，observation，comparison and statistics was performed to gain the information of bladder irritation and curative effect.Results：The incidence of bladder irritation and incidence of urge incontinence were equal in the two groups（P>0.05）. The lasting time of bladder irritation of the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group （P<0.05）.5 days after operation，QOL index of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（P< 0.05）.One month after operation，IPSS of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Postoperative Qinglin decoction combined with moxibustion treatment can improve the curative effect on postoperative bladder irritation of benign prostatic hyperplasia cutting.
