复脉饮对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及脑动脉狭窄的改善作用*

目的 观察复脉饮对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及脑动脉狭窄的改善作用。方法78例患者依据治疗方法分为中西医结合组和西医组各39例。西医组给予常规西医治疗，中西医结合组给予常规西医治疗结合复脉饮中医治疗。结果 两组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分均较治疗前改善（均P＜0.05），且中西医结合组改善优于西医组 （均P＜0.05）。中西医治疗组总有效率94.87%优于西医组的82.05%（P＜0.05）。治疗后中西医结合组大脑中动脉（MCA）、前动脉（ACA）、后动脉（PCA）、椎动脉（VA）、基底动脉（BA）流速在血流速度加快中均低于西医组 （均P＜0.05），MCA、VA流速在血流速度减慢中均快于西医组 （均P＜0.05）。结论 复脉饮治疗2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者能够有效改善其神经功能缺损及脑动脉狭窄。

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the roles of Fumai decoction in the improvement of neurological impairment and cerebral artery stenosis in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes and acute cerebral infarction. Methods：78 cases were randomly divided into combination therapy group（n=39）and western medicine group（n =39）.The western medicine group were given routine therapy，while the combination therapy group were given conventional Western medicine therapy combined with Fumai decoction treatment.Results：The neurological deficit score of the combination therapy group was significantly lower（P<0.05）；the total treatment efficiency 94.87%of（37/39）was significantly higher than Western medicine group 82.05%（32/39）（P<0.05）.Compared with western medicine group，flow rates of MCA，ACA，PCA，VA and BA in blood flow faster were significantly lower in the combination therapy group（P<0.05）；MCA and VA in blood flow down were significantly faster than that of the western medicine group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Fumai decoction can improve neurological impairment and cerebral artery stenosis in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes and acute cerebral infarction.

2型糖尿病极为严重的合并症之一就是急性脑梗死，患者具有较为严重的临床症状、较慢的恢复速度、较长病程、较高病死率及致残率［1］。和非糖尿病人群相比，2型糖尿病患者具有较高的急性脑梗死发病率［2］。为了对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者进行更为有效的治疗，有效改善患者预后，笔者对78例2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行了统计分析，观察了复脉饮对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及脑动脉狭窄的改善作用。……
