益气祛风、宣痹化饮方治疗过敏性鼻炎哮喘综合征的临床观察*

目的 观察益气祛风、宣痹化饮方对过敏性鼻炎哮喘综合征（CARAS）（风痰哮）的临床疗效。方法120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组各75例，治疗组运用益气祛风、宣痹化饮方（汤剂），口服治疗；对照组运用沙美特罗氟替卡松粉吸入剂，吸入治疗；孟鲁司特钠片口服。4周为1疗程，观察3个月。对比两组治疗前后症状积分、肺功能指标、嗜酸粒细胞（EOS）、IgE。结果 两组治疗4周、3月后，两组总有效率差别不大（P＞0.05）；治疗3月后，治疗组的临床控制率84.00%优于对照组的64.44%（P＜0.05）。治疗4周、3月后，两组与治疗前比较，主要证候评分均改善（均P＜0.05），且治疗组治疗3月后主要证候评分改善均优于对照组（均P＜0.05）。治疗4周、3月后，两组与治疗前比较，实验室指标均改善（均P＜0.05），且治疗组治疗4周、3月后FEV1%、EOS、IgE改善均优于对照组（均P＜0.05）。两组治疗前后肝肾功能、心电图等安全指标无异常变化。咽喉部不适感、清嗓的发生率，对照组有 22人次，占 48.89%；头昏不适发生率，对照组有15人次，占33.33%，治疗组未见明显不适反应。结论 益气祛风、宣痹化饮方治疗过敏性鼻炎哮喘综合征（CARAS）（风痰哮证）疗效可靠，安全性高。

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Qufeng Xuanbi Huayin Decoction on combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome（CARAS）.Methods：120 cases were randomly divided in to the treatment group and the control group，75 cases in each.The treatment group orally took Yiqi Qufeng Xuanbi Huayin Decoction，while the control group took salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder，plus oral montelukast sodium tablets.The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks with 3 months′observation.Symptom score，lung function index，EOS and IgE were compared before and after treatment.Results：3 months after 4 weeks′treatment，there was little difference between the two groups in total effect rate（P＞0.05）；the clinical control rate of the treatment group was 84.00%，superior to that of the control group 64.44%（P＜0.05）.The main symptom score was improved in both groups，and the treatment group was superior to the control group（P＜0.05）.Compared with before treatment，the laboratory indexes were both improved（P＜0.05），and the improvement of FEV1%，EOS and IgE in the treatment group was superior to those of the control group（P＜0.05）.Before and after treatment，there were no abnormal changes in the security index，such as liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram.In the conrol group，there were 22 cases with throat discomfort and the incidence of throat clearing，accounted for 48.89%，and 15 cases with dizziness and discomfort，accounted for 33.33%，while there was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group.Conclusion：Yiqi Qufeng Xuanbi Huayin Decoction has a reliable effect on CARAS with high security.
