四神丸对脾肾阳虚泄泻模型大鼠实验研究*

目的 观察四神丸对脾肾阳虚泄泻模型大鼠的影响。方法 将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、得舒特组和四神丸组各10只；除正常组外，其余各组均采用灌服大黄水煎液和肌内注射氢化可的松复制脾肾阳虚泄泻大鼠模型，灌胃14 d后观察各组大鼠的一般状态、腹泻指数和脏器指数。结果 模型组大鼠的体质量减轻，腹泻指数增加，胸腺、脾、肾、睾丸各脏器指数均出现不同程度的降低或升高，与正常组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；而四神丸组大鼠的体质量增加、腹泻指数降低，各脏器指数也明显改善，与模型组比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；但四神丸组上述指标与得舒特组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 四神丸能有效缓解脾肾阳虚泄泻模型大鼠症状，具有良好的止泻作用。

四神丸泄泻脾肾阳虚大鼠

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effect of Sishenwan on model rats with diarrhea of asdthenic splenonephro-yang.Methods：40 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group，the model group，Dicetel group and Sishenwan group with 10 rats in each.Except the normal group，the other groups were treated with intragastric administration of rhubarb decoction and intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone to replicate model rats with diarrhea of asdthenic splenonephro-yang.The general state，diarrhea index and organ index of rats were observed 14d after intragastric administration.Results：In the model group，the weight dropped；diarrhea index increased；indexes of thymus，spleen，kidney and testis organ reduced or increased to different degree.Compared with the normal group，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）.In Sishenwan group，the weight gained；diarrhea index decreased；Viscera indexes were also significantly improved.Compared with the model group，there were significant differences（P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）.However，compared with Dicetel group，the above indexes of Sishenwan group had no significant difference（P＞0.05）.Conclusion：Sishenwan can effectively alleviate the symptoms of model rats with diarrhea of asdthenic splenonephro-yang，and has a good anti diarrhea effect.
