丹卿方熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床研究*

目的 采用前瞻性、随机对照、盲法的临床试验设计方法，观察丹卿方治疗混合痔术后并发症并评价其临床疗效和安全性。方法 90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组，各45例。治疗组采用丹卿方熏洗，对照组采用痔疾洗剂，每日2次，用药2周。观察术后第1日、2日、7日、2周，两组术后水肿、疼痛、创面肉芽生长、上皮爬生情况等。结果 术后3、7 d，治疗组疼痛积分改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）；术后1、3、7 d，治疗组水肿积分改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）。术后3 d，治疗组渗液积分改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组创面愈合时间优于对照组（P＜0.05），而两组治疗费用方面差异不大（P＞0.05）。结论 丹卿方熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后并发症疗效较好。

【Abstract】Objective：To carry out scientific and standardized clinical trials of Danqing Decoction on mixed hemorrhoids postoperative complications with a prospective，randomized，blinded clinical trial design method，and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety，providing technical reference for future declaration hospital preparations or new drug of Chinese Medicine.Methods：90 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to 1∶1，45 cases in each group.The treatment group used Danqing Decoction fumigation，the control group with hemorrhoids lotion，2 times/d，2 weeks.The postoperative edema，pain，granulation growth and epithelial climbing of the two groups were observed after 1 d，2 d，7 d，2 week after operation.Results：1）In the improvement of postoperative edema and pain；1 d，2 d and 7 d score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the postoperative improvement of edema（P＜0.05）.In the improvement in pain after surgery：2 d and 7 d score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P＜0.05）.2）In the postoperative wound healing：the treatment group was better than the control group.3）In terms of hospitalization costs：the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion：In the statistical analysis after treatment，compared with the ontrol group，the treatment group is better in treating or reducing the complications of mixed hemorrhoids，saving economic costs，worthy of further clinical application and research.

混合痔是肛肠科常见病，多需手术治疗，术后并发症给患者造成较大痛苦，如何减轻痔术后并发症是肛肠医师面临的一大难题。丹卿方为龙华医院陆金根教授治疗肛门部疾病的熏洗经验方，主要应用于肛门病（如混合痔、肛瘘、肛裂等）术后水肿、疼痛，肛门湿疹，肛周瘙痒等，经临床20余年的广泛运用表明该方可明显缓解患者术后症状，减轻患者痛苦。……
