麻黄细辛附子汤及其药物治疗阴证咽喉肿痛的适应证研究*

目的 探讨并总结麻黄细辛附子汤及其药物治疗咽喉肿痛的适应证。方法 收集整理麻黄细辛附子汤治疗咽喉肿痛的医案，提取相关信息，作规范化处理后录入WPS2013中建立数据库，采用数理统计及关联规则Apriori算法。结果 麻黄细辛附子汤的适应证，常具有感受风寒，对清热解毒或滋阴清热药物反应不佳的病史特征；头痛、恶风寒、手足寒是常见兼症；舌象色淡，苔白，质润；脉象沉或弱。附子的适应证，常具有感受风寒，对清热解毒或滋阴清热药物反应不佳的病史特征；恶风寒，手足寒，声音嘶哑，扁桃体肿大是常见兼症；舌象色淡，苔白，质润；脉象沉或紧。细辛的适应证，常具有感受风寒，对清热解毒药物反应不佳的病史特征；头痛是常见兼症；舌象色淡，苔白；脉象沉。麻黄的适应证，常具有感受风寒，对清热解毒药物反应不佳的病史特征；头痛是常见兼症；舌象色淡，苔白；脉象沉。结论 人的气血状态可主要通过病史特征，舌与脉象加以了解，凡不适宜性质寒凉药物，舌脉偏于虚损的患者常可考虑使用温热药物。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the indications of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction and its component medicines in treating Yin-syndrome sore throat.Methods：The relevant data from medical records of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction in treating Yin-syndrome sore throat was collected and normalized to set up database by WPS2013. Mathematical statistics and apriori algorithm was used to analyze the data.Results：According to statistics analysis，the indications of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction included history of infecting wind-cold，poor reactions to antipyretic and antidote medicines or medicines that nourished Yin and cleared away heat，headache，aversion to wind and cold，cold hands and feet，pale and moistened tongue with whitish fur and sunken or weak pulse.The indications of Monkshood consisted of history of infecting wind-cold，poor reactions to antipyretic and antidote medicines or medicines that nourished Yin and cleared away heat，aversion to wind and cold，cold hands and feet，vocal hoarseness，swollen tonsils，pale and moistened tongue with whitish fur and sunken or tight pulse.The indications of Asarum comprised history of infecting wind-cold，poor reactions to antipyretic and antidote medicines，headache，pale tongue with whitish fur and sunken pulse，so as the Ephedra's.Conclusion：The state of Qi and blood in human body can be perceived from medical history，picture of tongue and pulse condition.For those who have no response to cold and cool medication or have deficient manifestations in tongue and pulse physicians may consider warm-heat remedy.
