【摘要】 目的 对本医院麻醉科手术室的护士关于标准预防措施的知识了解方面和及依从性影响因素进行调查研究。方法 采用本医院麻醉科自己设计的标准预防知识和依从性问卷进行问卷调查。结果 得分最低的为使用其他防护设备（使用眼罩、防护面罩、隔离衣、鞋套等防护用品）项目上， 条目均分为（1.85±0.35）分；其次为使用手套项目（2.89±0.78）分；得分相对较高的是洗手、手消毒项目（3.86±0.45）分和锐器及伤口的正确处理的项目（3.47±0.34）分。标准预防各项目依从性行为总分为（52.45±12.34）分， 得分率为62.50%。结论 麻醉科手术室的护士对标准预防的知识了解较少， 且行为依从性比较低， 尤其在个人防护方法与措施应用方面， 因此科室要加强对麻醉科手术室护理人员的标准预防知识和依从性方面的学习与培训。

【Abstract】 Objective To research knowledge of standard precaution by operating room nurse in hospital， and its influencing factor for compliance. Methods Questionnaire survey of knowledge of standard precaution and compliance was taken by home-made questionnaire in department of anesthesiology of our hospital. Results Mean entry score of other protective equipments （blindfold， protective mask， isolation gown， shoe cover） with the lowest point was （1.85±0.35） points； gloves entry score was （2.89±0.78） points； the high scores showed in hand-washing and hand disinfection entry as （3.86±0.45） points and correct treatment of sharp instrument wound as （3.47±0.34） points. Total score of compliance in standard precaution was （52.45±12.34） points， with scoring rate as 62.50%. Conclusion Due to low level of standard precaution knowledge in operating room nurse， their compliance is low， especially in individual protection method and measure application. Therefore， strengthening education and training of standard precaution knowledge and compliance is essential for operating room nursing staff.

医学术语词汇标准预防概念来源于美国， 是美国疾病预防控制中心在90年代推动与发起的新型医院感染预防措施与策略。在90年代末期传入我国， 大约在2000年左右由卫计委（原卫生部）将标准预防感念纳入医院感染管理规范（试行）版本。标准预防是将体内物质隔离措施与普遍预防措施加以结合应用， 从而使预防的效果要好于应用单独隔离方法[1]。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 2014年6月～2015年6月对潍坊市人民医院麻醉科与手术室的工作护理人员49人进行调查。
