【摘要】随着我国社会建设的迅速发展，建筑行业成为一个新的焦点。建筑工地施工的特殊性，操作环境的多样性，操作人员工作的繁重性等都对工地安全管理造成了极大的影响，导致建筑工地频繁发生火灾，迫切需要对其采取一定的预防措施。本文主要分析了建筑工地火灾特点，建筑工地火灾发生的原因，以及建筑工地火灾预防措施。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of our social construction， the construction industry has become a new focus. The particularity of the construction site， the diversity of operating environments， the operator of the heavy work site safety management and so on had a huge impact， leading to the frequent occurrence of fires on construction sites， it is an urgent need to take certain precautions. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the construction site fire， because fires on construction sites， construction sites and fire prevention measures.

1. 建筑工地火灾特点

（1）建筑工地火灾的突发性。很多情况下发生火灾都是无法预料的，尤其是建筑工地，场地宽阔，材料很多，不少地方都存在着无人管理现象，进一步形成了火灾。所以，建筑工地火灾体现出突发性。

（2）建筑工地火灾具有多变性。建筑工地火灾的多变性具体体现为多样化的火灾原因，这些火灾在不同的时间与地点极有可能出现不一样的后果。因此，建筑工地火灾具备多变性。

（3）建筑工地火灾具有复杂性。建筑工地发生火灾时，牵连、交错了大量的构件，杂乱堆放的建筑材料，沙浆水泥在场地内的堵塞，这些都严重阻碍了灭火救援。因此，建筑工地火灾凸显了复杂性。

（4）建筑工地在建设过程中，会堆放大量的材料，同时由于不够完善的建筑防火分隔，有关消防设施尚未配备齐全。在发生火灾时，容易产生各种蔓延途径，容易产生大面积、立体式的燃烧。

2. 建筑工地火灾发生的原因

2.1建筑工地布置整体不合理。

（1）由于施工现场占地面积有限，服务于施工的各种临时用房数量也在不断增加，这些建筑功能逐步在完善，彼此之間与其他建筑工程的防火间距也在逐步缩小，火灾一旦出现，势必从一栋建筑蔓延至另一栋建筑。……
