【摘要】 目的 探究关节镜下清理与钻孔减压术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者， 根据患者入院编号进行分组， 双号为实验组， 单号对照组， 各50例。对照组给予针灸治疗， 实验组给予关节镜下清理与钻孔减压术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果 实验组患者治疗总有效率为92%， 高于对照组的78%， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用关节镜下清理与钻孔减压术的方式对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗其效果显著， 能有效改善患者的临床症状， 还能提高患者关节功能的恢复情况， 因此， 关节镜下清理与钻孔减压术方法值得在临床上被推广和使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by arthroscopic debridement and drilling decompression in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided by admission number into experimental group and control group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group received acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment， and the experimental group received arthroscopic debridement and drilling decompression. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had higher total effective rate as 92% than 78% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Implement of arthroscopic debridement and drilling decompression shows precise effect in treating knee osteoarthritis， along with effective improvement of clinical symptoms and joint function recovery in patients. Therefore， arthroscopic debridement and drilling decompression is worth clinical promotion and application.

膝关节骨性关节炎， 是一种临床骨科类的多发病， 一般会对患者关节内部的滑膜、软骨下骨组织和软骨等组织进行积累。这种病症多发于中老年的患者， 作为一种慢性退化性和进行性的疾病， 一般在中老年患者当中较为常见， 是一种慢性进行性退化性疾病， 病发初期并没有明显的表现症状， 患者偶尔会察觉到关节出现僵硬等不适之感， 随着患病时间的增加， 便会出现关节疼痛的情况， 甚至患者的功能活动也被限制[1]。本次主要选取2013年1月～2015年3月本院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者100例作为研究对象， 现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选取2014年1月～2015年1月本院收治并确诊的膝关节骨性关节炎患者共100例作为本次研究对象， 所有患者中， 男59例， 女41例， 年龄47～96岁， 平均年龄（51.2±14.7）岁， 病程6个月～1年， 平均病程为（8.13±1.34）个月。所选患者均符合本次研究的标准， 并排除严重的神经类疾病、心脑血管疾病和肝肾疾病患者。根据所有患者入院编号进行分组， 其中单号为对照组， 双号为实验组， 各50例。……
