摘 要：文章将“基于企业工作流程”的方案引入物流教学改革当中，并制定了详细的实施策略，很好地解决了物流管理专业教学效果与企业实际工作间的匹配问题，缩短了学校教育与企业用人需求间的差距，有效提升学生未来就业能力，对物流管理专业发展具有重要意义，文章的研究成果同样适用于高职院校的其它专业，对其它专业教学改革的开展、实施具有很强的指导和借鉴意义。

Abstract： The solutions based on the enterprise working flow were introduced in the teaching reform in this paper， and detailed implementation strategies were made， which better solved the matching problem between the teaching effect and actual working flow in logistics enterprise， shorten the gap between the school education and talent demand in enterprise and effectively promoted students' employment. This kind of reform has vital significance to development of logistics management. The research achievements of this thesis also can applied to other majors in higher vocational colleges， and also have strong guidance and reference significance to the development and implementation to them.

物流人才已经成为我国12类紧缺人才之一。在这种形势下，物流管理专业毕业生就业应该不成问题。但根据物流企业的物流人才需求状况问卷调查：物流业人才短缺与冗余的情况同时存在。一方面，企业为人才的紧缺而叹息；另一方面，企业对学校培养的学生并不十分欢迎，“招工难”与“找工难”的矛盾突显出市场需求与人才培养的错位。究其原因从表面上看是物流管理专业毕业生动手操作的职业能力差，无职业特色。从深层次看是物流管理专业实训教学和企业实际工作流程严重不匹配，因此如何正确对待和解决实训教学中出现的问题，构建基于企业工作流程的物流综合实训体系，是目前物流管理专业人才培养的当务之急，也是提高教学质量和人才培养质量的关键。

1 物流综合实训现状

从各高等职业技术院校物流管理专业的人才培养方案看，目前大多数职业院校开设的物流实训主要有以下两种形式：
