摘 要：甘肃省现代物流业经过10余年的发展已经由自然要素主导型发展初级阶段向资本要素主导型发展中级阶段转变。由于后发优势，还会伴随着知识要素主导型高级阶段的相应特征。甘肃物流业的快速发展和转型升级对物流人才形成了巨大需求，另一方面甘肃省高校及社会培训机构对物流人才的供给无论是数量还是质量上都是严重不足的。文章基于供求关系的视角，在分析甘肃物流人才需求及供给现状的基础上，找出物流人才培养方面存在的问题，提出了培养模式的优化方案。

Abstract： The modern logistics industry in Gansu has been developed from the natural elements leading at the primary stage of development to capital factors leading the development of intermediate stage. Due to the advantage of backwardness， it will be accompanied by a corresponding characteristics of knowledge factors leading advanced stage. It will need a lot of logistics talents because of the rapid development of logistics industry and the transformation and upgrading in Gansu province， on the other hand， Gansu province colleges and universities and social training institutions for the supply of logistics talents is seriously insufficient both in quantity and quality. This paper， based on the perspective of supply and demand， on the basis of the analysis of the present situation of logistics demand and supply in Gansu province， find out logistics personnel training problems， put forward the cultivation model of the optimization scheme.

1 甘肃省物流人才需求分析

1.1 甘肃省物流人才需求总量及需求层次分析

近年来，甘肃省在国家政策引导和市场机制的作用下，物流业发展迅速，对物流专业人才的需求很大。甘肃现有物流企业3 000余家，物流从业人员近30万人。“十二五”期间，物流产业规模不断扩大，2010～2014年全省物流业增加值从286亿元增加到600亿元，年均增长24.4%，占全省GDP的8.8%；随着积极发展大型商贸流通企业及物流企业参与农村商品流通市场建设，进一步加快了农村市场现代流通体系建设步伐，对物流从业人员总量的需求将呈现大幅度的增长。

从需求层次分析，物流人才主要有物流操作型人才和物流的管理型人才（含物流实际管理人员和高级物流管理人才）。

物流操作型人才。由于甘肃的物流业发展时间比较短，政府及企业对现代物流业的内涵缺乏深入的理解，社会上能够熟练掌握物流流程各环节操作技术的人才还不多。……
