摘 要：在各个国家和区域经济快速发展的今天，城市化水平体现着一个国家和区域的经济实力和社会发展程度。近些年来，呼和浩特市城镇化发展迅速，带动了内蒙古自治区的城镇化发展，但是与此同时也存在着一些问题。文章通过分析呼和浩特市城镇化发展现状，发现其中所存在的问题，并依据如何更好更快地提高呼和浩特市城镇化水平的原则提出了解决对策和建议，在提高全市人民生活水平等方面会有所帮助，呼和浩特市的城镇化发展将会越来越好。

Abstract： In various countries and regional economic rapid development today， the level of urbanization embodies a national and regional economy and social development. In recent years， Hohhot rapid development of urbanization， promoting the urbanization development of Inner Mongolia autonomous region， but at the same time there are also some problems. In this paper， by analyzing the current situation of the development of urbanization in Hohhot， found out the existing problems， and on the basis of how to better and faster improve the urbanization level of Hohhot principle put forward the countermeasures and suggestions， in such aspects as improving people's living standards in the whole city will help， Hohhot development of urbanization will be getting better and better.

改革开放后，随着经济体制和社会制度的不断深化改革，我国经济快速发展，特别是成为WTO的成员国后，我国的发展开始进入到全球范围的发展平台，各方面与国际接轨。世界城镇化速度越来越快，且已作为当今世界稳定快速发展的目标之一，与国际紧密联系的中国，也越来越重视城镇化进程[1]。

内蒙古自治区城镇化率截止2013年底已经达到58.57%，高于全国53.73%的平均城镇化率[2]，但是与北京、上海等发达城市相比还有很大差距。作为内蒙古自治区的核心城市，2012年底，呼和浩特市城镇化率已经达到65.22%，比整个自治区57.5%的平均城镇化率高出7.72%，这与呼和浩特市的区域特色和国家政策有着紧密的联系。基于上述背景，系统的研究呼和浩特市城镇化的发展问题[3]，如城镇地区发展不平衡、缺少切实可行的发展政策、基础设施不健全等问题，顺应发展趋势，有针对性地解决区域城镇化发展问题，对城镇化建设具有重要的实践意义和指导意义。……
