摘 要：近年来，随着内蒙古自治区经济发展速度不断加快，人民生活水平日益提高，快递行业呈现出迅猛发展的态势。其中尤以民营快递业发展最为迅速。在国家大力推进“一带一路”建设的大背景下，内蒙古地区市场对快递行业的需求量和需求类型也必将不断增大，这对于民营快递企业而言既是机遇，也是极大的挑战。如何有效解决制约行业发展的问题，满足市场多样化需求，成为了内蒙古地区民营快递行业的当务之急。文章通过分析内蒙古地区民营快递行业发展现状及存在的主要问题，提出了提升行业服务意识、丰富营销策略、拓宽融资渠道等策略，为新常态下内蒙古民营快递行业平稳健康发展提供了参考。

Abstract： In recent years， with the Inner Mongolia autonomous region economy development speed accelerating， people's living standard is increasing day by day， the express industry shows a tendency of rapid development. Most notably the private courier industry development rapidly. Promote the building of“area”in the country under the big background， the Inner Mongolia region market demand and the demand for the industry types will also continue to increase， this is not only an opportunity for private courier enterprise， is also a great challenge. How to effectively solve the problems which restrict the development of the industry， meet the demand of market diversification， became the priority of private courier industry in Inner Mongolia. In this article， through analysis of Inner Mongolia region private courier industry development present situation and the existing main problems， put forward to promote industry service consciousness， rich， broaden the financing channels， such as strategy， marketing strategy for the new normal reference for stable and healthy development of the private courier industry in Inner Mongolia.

随着国家“一带一路”战略的全面推进，内蒙古自治区向北开放桥头堡的地位日益凸显，经济社会发展必将踏上一个新的台阶。快递行业作为流通领域的重要组成部分，也将会迎来新一轮跨越式的增长。民营快递企业作为内蒙古地区快递行业的重要组成部分，近年来的发展势头十分迅猛，无论企业数量还是业务量都在逐年攀升。但是，在快速发展的同时，也暴露出诸多问题，成为了行业健康发展的隐患和阻碍。因此，如何保障民营快递企业平稳有序发展，维护市场稳定，满足顾客需求，就成为了快递行业发展的当务之急。
