摘 要：进入21世纪，市场竞争越来越激烈，物流企业要想持续健康发展，就必然需要建立高效的风险管理运行体系。然而，我国大部分物流企业的财务管理模式常常仅考虑经济利益，却忽略了生产经营过程中的风险。文章在识别物流企业风险的基础上，分析了我国物流企业财务管理模式现状，设计了基于风险管理的物流企业财务管理模式，具有一定现实意义。

Abstract： In the 21st century， with the increasingly market competitive， logistic enterprise want to development sustainable and healthy， it is necessary to establish effective risk management operating system， however， in our country， the financial management mode in most of the logistics enterprises often only consider the economic interests， ignoring the risk in the process of production and operation， in this paper， on the basis of identification of logistics enterprise risk， analyzes the present situation of logistics enterprise financial management mode， designed the continue to risk management of logistics enterprise financial management mode， has certain practical significance.

随着市场经济的发展和经济体制改革的进一步深化，我国物流业不断趋于专业化和复杂化，物流总额自2008年以来一直持续增长。在这样的背景之下，物流企业不仅需要进行专业的运输与仓储，更需要对存货、商标、订单及包装等进行专业化管理，专业化和复杂化的服务使得物流企业之间的竞争更加激烈，风险也随之加剧。为了应对物流业日益增加的风险，有必要对物流企业财务管理予以优化设计。

1 物流企业的风险

在物流企业运营活动中，会产生诸多风险。如果以经营活动作为标准，物流企业的风险一般以下几类：

1.1 环境风险

环境风险是指由于企业外部因素所引起的物流企业经营失败的可能性。例如自然灾害、国家政策变更、经济不景气等外部环境因素造成的风险。

1.2 管理风险

管理风险是指管理当局在管理过程中由于管理不善等因素引起物流企业经营失败的可能性。企业经营成败主要取决于其管理水平的高低。……
