全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的作用

目的探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取该院在2013年9月—2015年9月期间收治的98例糖尿病患者，并随机分为两组，观察组的50例采用全程健康教育模式进行护理，对照组的48例患者则采用常规健康教育护理。然后对两组患者的护理效果进行观察和对比。结果观察组患者的血糖变化情况、患者的满意度、护理配合度以及对糖尿病的认知度都明显优于对照组，两组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育模式有较好的效果，值得在临床上推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective Explore the full value of health education model in diabetes care management.Methods Our hospital in September 2013-admitted in September 2015 during the 98 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into 50 cases of use of full health care education mode，the control group of 48 patients into two groups，the observation group using conventional health care education.Then care benefits two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results Changes in blood glucose was observed in the case of patients，patient satisfaction，with the degree of care and awareness of diabetes were significantly better than the control group，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Diabetes health education model the whole course has a good effect，worthy of clinical application.

糖尿病在临床上属于常见病，发病率较高，多发于中老年患者，且需要长期的规律治疗［1］。主要的临床表现为多食、乏力、多尿等。近年来，糖尿病的发病率呈现出逐渐升高的趋势，引起了社会的广泛关注以及高度重视。有研究提出，对糖尿病患者实施健康教育护理，能够有效提高患者对疾病的认识以及自我管理［2］。该研究为了探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用价值，选取该院在2013年9月—2015年9月期间收治的98例糖尿病患者为对象，对其临床资料进行研究，现报道如下。
