糖尿病合并多危心血管因子单纯强化降糖治疗的不足

目的分析探讨糖尿病合并多危心血管因子单纯强化降糖治疗的不足，为临床提供参考依据。方法把60例糖尿病合并多危心血管因子患者作为研究对象，这60例患者均为该院收治，使用数字抽取法对这60例患者进行分组，分成实验组（30例）和对照组（30例），实验组采取常规降糖治疗，对照组采取强化降糖治疗，并在治疗结束后，对比分析两组的血糖控制效果、并发症发生率。结果实验组的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组的并发症发生率为0.00%，对照组的并发症发生率为16.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病合并多危心血管因子患者采取单纯强化降糖具有较多的不足，其血糖和并发症控制效果较差，不利于患者的身心健康，因此，临床治疗应根据患者的实际情况，选择常规降糖方案。

［Abstract］Objective Analysis to explore more diabetic cardiovascular danger factor strengthening hypoglycemic therapy alone，provide a reference basis for clinic.Methods The patients with 60 cases of diabetic cardiovascular danger factor as the research object，the 60 patients of our hospital，treating time in March，2011，09 solstice during March 9，2016，using a digital extraction method for grouping the 60 patients，divided into experimental group（30 cases）and control group（30 cases），the experimental group treated with routine hypoglycemic，control group take strengthening hypoglycemic therapy，and after the treatment，compared two groups of blood glucose control effect，and complications.Results The results of the experimental group fasting blood sugar and blood sugar 2 hours after meals are lower than the control group（P＜0.05）；The incidence of complications was 0.00%，controls the incidence of complications was 16.67%（P＜0.05），the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Diabetic increased risk factor of cardiovascular patients to take simple strengthening hypoglycemic with more，its control effect is poorer，blood sugar and complications for the patient's physical and mental health，therefore，clinical treatment should be based on the actual situation of patients，select routine hypoglycemic.

糖尿病在治疗期间容易出现高血压、冠心病等心血管危症，高危心血管致病因子的治疗亦成为了临床探讨的重要议题，其强化降糖治疗的作用也受到了关注［1］。该文为进一步探究糖尿病合并多危心血管因子单纯强化降糖治疗的不足，特选择了该院2011年3月—2016年3月间收治的60例糖尿病合并多危心血管因子患者作为研究对象，实验组采取常规降糖治疗，对照组采取强化降糖治疗，并在治疗结束后，通过对比分析两组的血糖控制效果、并发症发生率来评价治疗效果，现报告经过统一的整理和分析，现报道如下。……
