血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检验对糖尿病诊断的临床意义

目的探讨血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检验对糖尿病诊断的临床意义。方法择取2013年2月—2016年2月期间于笔者医院就诊的50例糖尿病患者，设其为研究组；择取同期于笔者医院行糖尿病筛查但无任何疾病的50例健康受检者，设其为对照组。对比两组患者在糖化血红蛋白与血清C肽上的不同以及两组各自的空腹血糖值与餐后2 h血糖值。结果研究组在空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、糖化血红蛋白、血清C肽上均要远远高于对照组，统计学有差异（P＜0.05）。结论血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白均是糖尿病检测的新型指标，临床可使用这两项更可靠的指标进行筛查。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combined examination of serum C peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods Chooses the February 2013 to 2016 during the month of February in 50 cases of diabetic patients in the hospital，the study group；selects the same period in the hospital for diabetes screening but without any disease in 50 cases of healthy subjects were，the as control group.Compared with the two groups of patients in the glycosylated hemoglobin and serum C peptide on the different and the two groups of their fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose value of 2 hours.Results The fasting blood glucose，postprandial blood glucose，glycosylated hemoglobin，serum C peptide in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The serum C peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin are the new indicators of diabetes detection，clinical use of these two more reliable indicators for screening.

糖尿病对于患者而言是一种病情迁延不愈，随着病情发展会出现各种并发症的慢性疾病，这种疾病给患者的工作与生活带来了很大的影响［1］。关于糖尿病的诊断，临床多选择空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖作为主要检测指标。然而，随着临床检验学的发展，人们发现空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖这两项指标反映的仅仅是患者短期的血糖状况，其波动范围较大，易受其他因素影响，无法准确反映患者的实际血糖水平，故临床试选择糖化血红蛋白和血清C肽等指标进行糖尿病的联合检测，现报道如下。……
