[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical significance of detection of urinary albumin, immunoglobulin G and beta 2 microglobulin in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were 60 cases of elderly patients with diabetes as the observation group, select the same period 60 cases of physical examination in our hospital as the control group. The detection of urine two groups of patients with albumin, immunoglobulin G and beta 2 microglobulin, test content and positive rate in the control group. Results The beta 2 microglobulin, urinary albumin and immunoglobulin G detection was lower than the observation group, the difference was significant(P<0.05);the control group of beta 2 microglobulin in urine.Albumin and immunoglobulin G positive rates were 5%,15%,10%,lower than the patients in the observation group were 73.3%,61.7%,66.7%,significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Beta 2 microglobulin, and the content of urinary albumin and immunoglobulin G Positive detection rate results, can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with diabetes, has a certain clinical significance.
