谷丙转氨酶和尿酸等指标检测在2型糖尿病中的意义分析

目的分析谷丙转氨酶和尿酸等指标检测在2型糖尿病中的意义。方法择取2013年3月—2016年3月期间于笔者所在该中心治疗糖尿病的40例患者，设为研究组，两组患者进行抽血检验。结果纳入对象均为2型糖尿病病患者的研究组在尿酸、游离脂肪酸、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶、空腹血糖五项指标上全部高于纳入对象均为健康受检者的对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论为了提高对糖尿病的早期筛查，疾控检测工作应对尿酸、游离脂肪酸、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶、空腹血糖等多项糖脂指标进行检测，通过健康受检者与患者之间指标的显著差异来实现准确的诊断。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the significance of detection of alanine aminotransferase and uric acid in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Chooses in March 2013 to 2016 during the month of March in the where I center in the treatment of diabetes in 40 patients，design as the study group，the two groups of patients for blood tests.Results Participants were type 2 diabetic patients in the study group in uric acid，free fatty acids，triglyceride，valley pyruvic transaminase（GPT），fasting plasma glucose（FPG）five index are higher than the participants were healthy subjects of control group，a statistically significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion In order to improve the early screening for diabetes，disease control many glycolipids target detection method with uric acid，free fatty acids，triglyceride，valley pyruvic transaminase（GPT），fasting blood glucose were detected.According to the significant difference between healthy subjects and patients with indicators to achieve accurate diagnosis.

作为慢性终身性疾病之一的糖尿病，其通常伴随着高脂血症和高血压而共同存在。此病对患者的心脑血管系统有非常大的威胁，患者机体多因受到影响而出现动脉硬化、冠心病等疾病［1］。对于2型糖尿病病患而言，胰岛素抵抗是其最为明显的病理生理变化，而甘油三酯与胆固醇等脂类物质的升高将会直接导致胰岛素抵抗的出现［2］。为了缓解患者机体因糖尿病而受到的损害，疾病预防与控制工作需要加强对糖尿病的检测。该文以尿酸、谷丙转氨酶等作为检测指标，试分析其疾病预防与控制的价值，现报道如下。……
