曲安奈德球周注射联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿疗效观察

目的分析探讨曲安奈德球周注射联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿的疗效。方法把100例糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿患者作为研究对象，这100例患者均为该院收治，收治时间在2014年5月12日—2015年5 月12日期间，随机将这100例患者分成2组，实验组和对照组各50例，对照组采取激光光凝治疗，实验组采取曲安奈德球周注射联合激光光凝治疗，并在治疗结束后，对比分析两组的黄斑区视网膜厚度、眼压。 结果实验组经治疗后的黄斑区视网膜厚度为（154.06±10.36）um，对照组经治疗后的黄斑区视网膜厚度为（201.35±10.94）um（P＜0.05）；实验组经治疗后的眼压水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论曲安奈德球周注射联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿具有显著的疗效，可有效减少黄斑区视网膜厚度，改善患者的眼压情况，值得在临床实践中应用和推广。

［Abstract］Objective Analysis to study the week of triamcinolone acetonide ball joint injection laser photocoagulation treatment the curative effect of diabetic retinopathy，macular edema.Methods The 100 patients with diabetic retinopathy，macular edema as the research object，the 100 patients of our hospital，were 12 solstice time in May 2014 on May 12，2015，the 100 patients were divided into 2 groups at random，the experimental group and control group，50 cases in the control group treated with laser photocoagulation，experimental group adopt injection triamcinolone acetonide ball weeks with laser photocoagulation therapy，and after the treatment，compared two groups of macular retinal thickness and intraocular pressure.Results The experimental group after treatment in the macular area for retinal thickness（154.06±10.36）um，the control group after treatment in the macular area of retinal thickness for um（201.35±10.94）（P＜0.05）；The experimental group after treatment of intraocular pressure level is lower than the control group（P＜0.05），the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide injection joint ball weeks laser photocoagulation treatment of diabetic retinopathy，macular edema has significant curative effect，can effectively reduce the macular area retinal thickness，improve patients with intraocular pressure，is worthy of application and popularization in clinical practice.

糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿的临床危害性较大，是导致视力障碍的主要原因之一，在黄斑区注射曲安奈德可以取得较好的疗效［1-2］。该文为进一步探究曲安奈德球周注射联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿的疗效，特将该院2014年5月12日—2015年5月12日期间收治的100例患者作为研究对象，对照组采取激光光凝治疗，实验组采取曲安奈德球周注射联合激光光凝治疗，并在治疗结束后，通过对比分析两组的黄斑区视网膜厚度、眼压来评价治疗效果，现报告经过统一的分析和整理，现报道如下。……
