围绝经期妇女的激素治疗及效果的初步分析

【摘要】目的探究激素代替疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月～2016年1月我院就诊的48例围绝经期综合征女性患者为研究对象。将其分成两组，对照组使用常规法进行治疗，以此为基础，观察组使用激素代替法治疗，对比患者治疗前后激素水平，治疗有效率和不良反应。结果在进行治疗前，患者的激素水平差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05。经治疗后，和对照组相比，观察组患者的LH 和FSH水平较低，雌二醇水平较高，组间数据差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。对照组患者治疗有效率为75.00%，观察组为91.67%，组间数据差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。两组患者在治疗期间，未发生不良反应，肝肾功能正常。结论对于围绝经期综合征者，使用激素代替疗法，可取得一定效果，安全性强，可重复性高。

Objective To explore the hormone replacement therapy for treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016，in our hospital of 48 patients with perimenopausal syndrome women as the research object.They were divided into two groups，control group using conventional method treatment，on this basis，the observation group using hormone replacement therapy，compared before and after treatment in patients with hormone levels，treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions.Results Before treatment，patients with hormone levels，there was no significant difference（P＞ 0.05）.After treatment，compared with control group，the observation group of patients with LH and FSH levels significantly lower，estradiol levels significantly higher，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.In the control group，patients'treatment effective rate of 75.00%，observation group was 91.67%（P＜0.05）.Two groups of patients during the whole period of treatment，there was no significant adverse reactions，normal kidney function.Conclusion For the perimenopausal syndrome，the use of hormone replacement therapy，can achieve a certain effect，has strong security，high repeatability.

处于围绝经期女性，会出现异常心理，内分泌发生相关变化。在正常情况下，围绝经期内机体神经分泌会自主调节，达到新的平衡，不会出现自觉症状［1］。但是，绝大部分女性在进入到围绝经期后，机体内分泌会出现紊乱现象，进而体现出围绝经期综合征临床表现。为了在根本上提升女性生存质量，对于围绝经期症状，使用何种治疗调节方式，已经成为当前学术界研究的重点内容。相关文献指出［2］，对于围绝经期综合征女性，使用激素代替治疗法，能够取得满意成效。为了全面证实该理论的公允性，本文选择2015年1月～2016年1月来我院就诊的48例围绝经期综合征女性患者为研究对象，并对部分患者实施激素代替法进行治疗，取得满意效果，现报告如下。……
