护患沟通在儿科门诊输液室的应用

目的探究护患沟通在儿科门诊输液室中的应用效果。方法选取2014年2月—2014年8月儿科门诊收治的150例输液治疗患儿，以随机数字表法均分2组。对照组患儿接受常规的输液护理，观察组患儿在对照组的基础上接受沟通护理，并对两组患儿的护理满意度、依从性以及配合度情况对比。 结果两组患儿在治疗期间都没有产生护患纠纷事件。观察组对护理工作的满意度97.33%；对照组对护理工作的满意度54.67%；观察组明显高于对照组（P=0.023＜0.05）；观察组患儿依从性93.33%；对照组患儿，依从性45.33%；观察组明显高于对照组（P= 0.036＜0.05）；观察组患儿护理配合度96%；对照组患儿护理配合度60%；观察组明显高于对照组（P=0.036＜0.05）。结论对儿科门诊输液室患儿实施沟通护理，能够促使患儿对护理工作满意度的提高，提高患儿的配合度与依从性。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the effect of application of nurse patient communication in the outpatient department of Pediatrics in the transfusion room.Methods 150 patients were treated with infusion methods 150 patients were treated with infusion from February 2014-August2014 in admitted to the outpatient department of Pediatrics，were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with conventional infusion care，observation group in the control group on the basis of communication and acceptance of nursing，nursing satisfaction of two groups of children with compliance and with the degree of contrast.Results In the two groups during treatment there were no nursing disputes.The observation group on nursing satisfaction 97.33%；control group 54.67%satisfaction of nursing；the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P=0.023＜0.05）；the observation group with 93.33%patients in the control group compliance，compliance；45.33%；the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P=0.036＜0.05）；the observation group with nursing degree 96%；the control group were 60%degree nursing；the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P=0.036＜0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of communication care for children in transfusion room outpatient department of Pediatrics，can promote the improvement of nursing job satisfaction，improve the children's compliance and compliance.

临床上，绝大部分的儿科患儿都还没有学会说话，或者是刚开始学会说话，语言表达还不清楚，理解能力较弱，且多数患儿都为独生子女，家长由于孩子生病都会出现着急、焦虑等不良情绪，很容易出现医患纠纷事件［1］。所以，对儿科门诊输液室患儿实施护理十分重要，其中更重要的为护患之间沟通。有效的沟通能够防止医患纠纷事件的出现，另外，还可以使患儿与家属对医院以及医护人员产生一定的信任感，进而促使治疗效果明显提高，使患儿的病情恢复时间明显缩短［2］。……
