舒适护理模式应用于小儿急性哮喘的效果分析

目的探析对于小儿急性哮喘实施舒适护理模式的效果分析，旨在为今后临床护理作借鉴。 方法前瞻性选取河南省鹤壁市人民医院2015年1月—2015年7月收治的60例急性哮喘患儿为研究对象，采用单双号法分为常规组和研究组，每组各30例，常规组给予常规护理，研究组给予舒适护理，并观察两组患儿护理满意度、复发率及依从率等情况。 结果研究组总满意度100%明显高于常规组80%，P＜0.05；研究组治疗依从性96.67%高于常规组70.00%，P＜0.05；研究组复发率13.33%低于常规组36.67%，P＜0.05。 结论舒适护理模式应用于小儿急性哮喘，不仅有效提高护理满意度，提升患儿对治疗的依从性，还能有效降低复发率，值得临床应用与推广。

［Abstract］Objective The effect of the implementation of comfort for children with acute asthma care model analysis，intended as reference for future clinical care.Methods A Prospective 60 cases of children with acute asthma treated in Selected our hospital in January 2015-July 2015 for the study，divided into routine and study groups using the method of odd and even numbers in each group 30 patients were given routine usual care group received comfort care，and care of children were observed satisfaction，recurrence rate and the rate of compliance and so on.Results The study group was significantly higher than the 100%satisfaction of the conventional group 80%，P＜0.05；Study Group treatment compliance 96.67%higher than the conventional group 70.00%，P＜0.05；study group recurrence rate 13.33% lower than conventional group 36.67%，P＜0.05.Conclusion Comfort care model used in children with acute asthma，not only effectively improve nursing satisfaction，enhance adherence to treatment in children，but also effectively reduce the relapse rate，worthy of clinical application and promotion.

小儿急性哮喘是一种严重危害小儿身体健康，并伴有气道高反应性的可逆性，梗阻性慢性呼吸道疾病，患儿若治疗不及时或治疗不当最终会发展为成人哮喘而迁延无法治愈，肺功能受损，部分严重患儿甚至会丧失体力能力；而严重急性哮喘发作，未及时得到治疗，会危及患儿生命。小儿急性哮喘的治疗与护理是一个连续的过程，因此对哮喘患儿实施舒适护理对病情的改善有着十分重要的作用［1］。该研究笔者前瞻性选取该院2015年1月—2015年7月收治的60例急性哮喘患儿作为研究对象，采用单双号法分别采用常规护理和舒适护理，取得显著显著，现将结果报道如下。……
