口腔数码摄影用于口腔修复的效果观察

【摘要】目的 对28例老年口腔修复患者进行分析，研究口腔数码摄影用于口腔修复的效果。方法 选择本门诊部收治的老年口腔修复患者作为本次研究对象，共28例，患者的收治时间在2013年3月21日～2014年3月21日，所有患者均在口腔修复治疗过程中采取口腔数码摄影，治疗结束后观察患者的美观总满意率。结果 28例患者经过修复治疗对颜色的总满意率为100.00%，对切端半透明性的总满意率为96.43%，对形态的总满意率为100.00%，对个性特征的总满意率为96.43%，对表面结构的总满意率为92.86%。结论 口腔数码摄影用于口腔修复中具有良好的应用效果，可有效提高前牙修复患者的美学总满意率，值得在口腔修复中应用。

Objective 28 cases of elderly patients with dental analysis，study of oral digital photography for dental effect. Methods The out-patient department of oral restoration in 28 elderly patients were selected as the research object. The patients were admitted to the hospital from March 21，2013 to March 21，2014. All patients were in prosthodontics treatment process to take oral digital photography，after the end of treatment observation patient's appearance satisfaction rate. Results 28 cases of patients after treatment to the color of the total satisfactory rate was 100.00%，on the cut end of translucent total satisfaction rate was 96.43%，to form the total satisfactory rate was 100.00%，the individuality characteristic and the total satisfaction rate was 96.43%. On the surface structure of the total satisfactory rate was 92.86%. Conclusion Oral digital photography has good application effect in the oral cavity repair，it can effectively improve the total satisfaction rate of the patients with anterior teeth restoration，and it is worth to be applied in the oral cavity repair.

本文为进一步分析和探究口腔数码摄影在口腔修复中的应用效果和方法，特选择本门诊部收治的28例口腔修复患者作为研究对象，所有患者均在口腔修复治疗过程中采取口腔数码摄影，治疗结束后观察患者的美观总满意率，进一步佐证了口腔数码摄影在口腔修复中有效性，现报告如下。
