系统性护理对正畸患者牙周健康的影响分析

【摘要】目的 研究系统性护理干预对正畸患者牙周健康的影响。方法 回顾性分析我院牙科近年进行正畸患者98例，常规组仅佩戴矫治器，护理组佩戴矫治器的同时给予系统性护理，比较2组治疗后的牙周菌斑及牙龈病变情况。结果 护理组正畸后6个月菌斑指数与牙龈病变情况均优于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 对正畸患者给予系统性护理可有效改善牙周健康，减少牙周组织受到的不良影响。

Objective To study the health effect of systemic nursing intervention on patients with periodontal orthodontic. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital dental orthodontic 98 patients in recent years，the conventional group only wear appliance，worn appliance for care group while giving systemic nursing intervention，periodontal plaque and gingival lesions compared between the two groups after treatment. Results Orthodontic care group after 6 months of plaque index and gingival lesions were better than the conventional group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic patients given systemic treatments can improve periodontal health，reduce the adverse effect of the periodontal tissue.

错牙合畸形是一种常见的牙齿发育畸形，严重影响患者外形美观和自信心。正畸是治疗错牙合畸形的主要方法，它通过矫治排列紊乱的牙齿使其排列整齐，改善患者口腔面貌，确保患者牙龈、牙齿的健康［1］。牙周健康对正畸患者而言是非常重要的问题，菌斑和牙石会引发牙周炎、龋齿、牙龈炎等，进而影响正畸效果［2］。因此，在正畸过程中应当重视加强对牙周健康的护理干预。我院牙科近年对正畸患者施行系统性护理干预，在确保牙周健康方面效果显著，汇报如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1临床资料

本次研究资料来源于我院牙科2014年5月～2015年10月收治的正畸患者98例，纳入标准为：（1）均为首次正畸；（2）除第3恒磨牙外其它牙齿均已萌出；（3）排除正畸前即患有严重牙周病者，排除合并精神病及其他疾病者。将患者随机均分为常规组和护理组。常规组男26例，女23例，年龄10～26岁，平均（19.3 2.1）岁。……
