眼科老年患者行局部浸润麻醉手术的护理效果分析

【摘要】目的 分析眼科老年患者行局部浸润麻醉手术的护理效果。方法 选取我院眼科老年患者50例，收治时间为2014年3月～2015年5月，并将眼科老年患者随机分为两组（观察组和对照组），每组各有25例患者，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理，比较两组患者护理后的DBP、SBP、HR指标。结果 观察组眼科老年患者护理后的DBP、SBP、HR指标优于对照组眼科老年患者（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理对眼科老年患者具有良好的护理效果，能有效改善眼科老年患者的DBP、SBP、HR指标。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of local infiltration anesthesia in the elderly patients in department of ophthalmology. Methods 50 cases of elderly patients in our hospital，from March 2014 to May 2015 were selected，and the old ophthalmic patients were divided into two groups，the observation group and the control group，each group had 25 patients，the control group received routine nursing care，observation group with high quality nursing，in the two groups of DBP，SBP，HR index were compared. Results In the observation group，the DBP，SBP and HR indexes of elderly patients in department of ophthalmology were better than those in the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Quality nursing care of elderly patients with good nursing effect，can effectively improve the elderly patients'DBP，SBP，HR index.

眼部损伤是临床上较为严重且多发的疾病，大多数患者采用局部浸润麻醉手术［1］。因此，本院选取50例眼科老年患者分别实施常规护理和优质护理，具体的内容可见下文描述。

1　资料和方法

1.1一般资料

选取我院眼科老年患者50例，收治时间为2014年3月～2015年5月，并将眼科老年患者进行抽签随机分组方式，其中25例为观察组，25例为对照组。观察组：15例为男性患者，10例为女性患者，年龄60～80岁，平均年龄为（70.03±0.23）岁。对照组；14例为男性患者，11例为女性患者，年龄61～80岁，平均年龄为（71.27±0.45）岁。观察组、对照组眼科老年患者的性别和年龄，各项资料差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），可进行对比。

1.2方法

对照组眼科老年患者使用常规护理，常规护理包括日常护理、基础护理、病情护理等。

观察组眼科老年患者在对照组眼科老年患者常规护理的基础上再使用优质护理。……
