早期康复护理对颅脑外伤患者术后的影响分析

【摘要】目的 研究并分析在颅脑外伤患者的术后康复治疗过程中，应用早期康复护理的干预措施，评价其护理效果。方法 在我院相关科室选择2014年5月～2015年5月收治的颅脑外伤术后患者，随机抽取78例作为研究对象，分析不同护理措施的护理效果。结果 对比两组患者的ADL及心理状态评分，经早期康复护理的试验组ADL及心理状态评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在颅脑外伤患者的术后康复治疗过程中，应用早期康复护理的干预措施护理效果理想，改善患者的各项指标。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods 78 cases of traumatic brain injury patients admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the research object，and the nursing effect of different nursing measures were analyzed. Results ADL and psychological state before and after treatment were detected in two groups of patients with score was found，by early rehabilitation nursing and psychological state of the test group ADL scores were significantly better than the control group，the difference was significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion In the course of postoperative rehabilitation therapy for patients with traumatic brain injury，early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improved indicators of patients.

作为临床常见外科疾病的颅脑外伤，主要是在直接或是间接的暴力作用下导致。如果受伤的颅脑位置不通外界时则是闭合性的颅脑损伤，如与外界相通，则为开放性的颅脑损伤。颅脑损伤会导致患者出现一系列的严重损害，如脑震荡、颅内血肿及颅脑骨折等等，进而对脑组织产生一定的伤害，阻碍四肢正常的运动功能，且降低患者的生活质量［1］。多项研究显示，在患者的康复过程中，早期康复可恢复四肢运动功能［2］。为此，本研究旨在分析在颅脑外伤患者的术后康复治疗过程中，应用早期康复护理的干预措施，评价其护理效果，为临床护理奠定基础，以下是详细报道。

1　资料和方法
