热毒宁用于轮状病毒性肠炎患儿中的疗效及安全性

【摘要】目的分析热毒宁用于轮状病毒性肠炎患儿中的疗效及安全性。方法选取在我院诊断为病毒性肠炎患儿46例，对其临床资料行回顾性分析；按照随机方式将其分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组20例，观察组26例。对照组采用纠酸补液，蒙脱石散口服治疗，给与肠道益生菌补充；观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用热毒宁给予注射治疗。在治疗期间对患儿的大便次数、性状变化情况及体温状况进行密切观察，对两组患儿的总有效率进行观察对比。结果治疗后观察组患儿总有效率为92.31%，对照组总有效率为70.00%，两组患儿比较所差异具有统计学意义（χ2=5.457，P=0.016）。结论针对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿，采用热毒宁注射液进行治疗，具有好的治疗效果，存在的不良反应较少，安全性高。

Objective Analysis of Reduning for efficacy and safety of children with rotavirus virus enteritis. Methods Selected in our hospital diagnosed as children with viral enteritis，46 cases of the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the random，it can be divided into control group and observation group，control group 20 cases，observation group of 26 patients. Control group using remedy acid rehydration，for the treatment of patients with montmorillonite powder line oral，giving the intestinal probiotics supplement. Observation group was treated in the control group on the basis of using Reduning to give injections. During the treatment of children with defecate number，morphological changes and to closely observe temperature situation，to look at the total effective rate of two groups of children. Results Observation group with the total effective rate was 92.31% after treatment，control group total effective rate was 70.00%，compared two groups of children with the difference has statistical significance（χ2=5.457，P=0.016）. Conclusion In children with rotavirus virus enteritis，the use of Reduning injection treatment，has good treatment effect，less adverse reaction and high safety.

轮状病毒性肠炎患儿会出现呕吐、发热和腹泻等临床症状［1］。对于病症严重者，可导致电解质混乱及脱水现象，给患儿的生命安全造成严重威胁。本次研究选取在我院诊断为病毒性肠炎患儿46例，对观察组采用热毒宁予以治疗，现报道如下。
