布袋桩施工常见问题及对策研究

摘 要:基于土工合成材料在盐渍土地基中耐腐蚀的特点,采用一种适用于超强盐渍土地区的防腐蚀新技术——大直径袋装混凝土灌注桩(简称“布袋桩”),以察尔汗盐湖的察格高速项目为依托,对布袋桩这种新工艺在施工过程中的问题进行总结、分析和研究,提出了解决和预防性对策,对混凝土浇注前防腐袋的完整性给出了较科学的控制方法。

Research on Common Problems of Bagged Concrete Piles and Solutions

Abstract: Given that the geosynthetics are characterized by their corrosion resistance in salty soil, bagged concrete piles (referred to as BCPS) with large diameters were applied to super saline soil areas. Based on the project of QarhanGolmud Expressway starting from Qarhan Salt Lake, problems that might occur during the construction of bagged concrete piles were studied and summarized, and preventative measures and solutions were proposed. Reasonable ways to maintain the completeness of the preservative bags before pouring the concrete were also mentioned.

0 引 言

在察尔汗盐湖地区,由于土壤中易溶盐含量高、成分复杂,地下水位较高、变化复杂且矿化度高[13],场地土及地下水对混凝土结构具有强烈的腐蚀作用[45]。为解决察格高速桥梁桩基础混凝土防腐蚀和耐久性问题,我院工程技术人员采取内增外隔(即混凝土自身提高防腐蚀性能并将混凝土与腐蚀环境隔离)的防腐思路,基于土工合成材料在盐渍土地基中耐腐蚀的特点,发明了一种新型防腐专利技术——大直径袋装混凝土灌注桩技术,即把桩基混凝土灌注在防渗土工材料制作的布袋内形成裹体现浇桩,故形象的称为“布袋桩”。该技术通过土工材料将桩基础与盐渍土环境完全隔离,克服了盐渍土环境下混凝土耐久性差、寿命预测缺乏规范且依据不足的困难,解决了氯盐为主的超强盐渍土环境下混凝土耐久性和承载力的问题,使修建大型混凝土建筑物称为可能。
