摊铺机熨平板连接螺栓组的受力分析

摘 要:由于摊铺机熨平板连接螺栓的数量会影响拼装效率,为了给减少连接螺栓数量的设计提供理论支持,对摊铺机熨平板的连接螺栓受力较大的2种工况,即正常施工工况和悬挂工况进行探讨,并对连接螺栓的受力进行了理论分析,得出了连接螺栓的最大受力、预紧力及拧紧力矩,并在此基础上提出了连接螺栓组的设计原则。此外,结合实例对连接螺栓组的连接强度进行了计算分析。

Force Analysis of Connecting Bolts of Paver Screed

Abstract: Given that the numbers of connecting bolts of paver screed closely affect the assembly efficiency, two working conditions in which the connecting bolts bear large forces, namely the normal working condition and the suspension condition, were discussed to provide theoretical basis for using less connecting bolts in design. Force analysis was conducted, and the maximum force and preload and tightening torque were obtained, based on which the design principle of connecting bolts was proposed. In addition, the connecting strength was calculated in practical cases.

0 引 言

按加长方式,摊铺机熨平板一般分为机械拼装式和液压伸缩式,机械拼装式顾名思义就是将各相邻熨平板装置用连接螺栓拼装起来[12]。在实际应用中,施工方通常需要根据具体施工要求将熨平板拼装成不同的宽度,而连接螺栓的数量严重影响拼装效率。目前国产摊铺机上2个相邻熨平板装置间的连接螺栓数量普遍超过10个,而一些进口摊铺机的连接螺栓数量仅为4~6个。

本文针对具体工况对连接螺栓组的设计,包括螺栓的数量、分布方式、预紧力、拧紧力矩等进行全面的理论分析,并针对具体实例进行计算,可为减少连接螺栓数量的设计提供理论支持。

1 连接螺栓组分析

熨平板连接螺栓组的设计目标是:确定连接螺栓的数量、规格与分布,确定连接螺栓的预紧力大小与拧紧力矩。

1.1 计算假设
