摊铺机在新工艺需求下的技术革新和应用

摘 要:为了研究沥青摊铺机在节能环保新工艺下现场施工的铺装工艺,通过设备零部件的改装改变摊铺机熨平板下垂角度,实现斜面摊铺一次摊铺成型,从而节省工序,节约材料且环保高效。结果表明:改变摊铺机熨平板垂度实现了路面斜面摊铺目标,达到了沥青摊铺机节能环保新工艺的摊铺要求,为今后类似工程的摊铺技术与应用提供参考。

Technological Innovation of Asphalt Pavers for New Construction Technology

Abstract: In order to study the paving process of asphalt paver in the field that conducts energysaving and environmentalfriendly technology, the original design of the components and parts was adjusted to change the dropped angle of the paver screed, so the slope could be paved altogether in a manner of efficient and materials saving. The results show that by adjusting the deflection of paver screed, the slope paving that meets the requirements of the new construction technology is delivered, providing reference for similar projects.

0 引 言
沥青摊铺机是广泛应用于公路、城市道路、大型商场、停车场等施工工程中的大型机械设备。它自动化程度高,操作简便,为提高路基、路面的平整度及施工质量提供了可靠的保障。由于高速公路交通流量不断增加,尤其是超重超限车辆增多,导致高速公路行车道、超车道损坏严重[12]。但应急车道行车因为很少,所以基本没有损毁,如果采取全幅罩面摊铺施工的养护方案,会造成应急车道部分的过量养护,增大养护成本。如果按照传统养护施工工艺,只对超车道和行车道进行罩面摊铺,会形成行车道与应急车道间明显的高差,影响行车安全[34]。如何实现只对超车道和行车道进行罩面摊铺,又不让行车道与应急车道间产生明显高差,是高速公路养护从业者面临的一个课题。斜面摊铺是特殊工艺要求的异形不平整路面的摊铺工艺,是在当前国家节能减排、勤俭节约等理念下的新工艺。本文依托河北保沧高速公路养护项目,对斜面摊铺技术的研发和摊铺机的改造做出详细论述。……
