AbstractBased on urban residential park security technology design and application of actual usage, the safety grade of safe protection area is divided,several important technical problems in the design of intelligent residential zone security are analyzed,puttly forward the intelligent park design should follow the principle of combining practical engineering and all kinds of security problems in the design of the garden has made the analysis,thus ensure the safety of the urban residential zone.

0引言

随着科技发展和社会进步，住宅小区成为城市生活方式的发展趋势，现代化城市住宅给人们提供安全、舒适环境的同时，住宅园区的安全防范也越来越受到重视，由开始的门锁防范到单一的系统防范，再到现在的多系统、多方位、多层次防范，安全防范系统逐渐成为住宅园区中必不可少的安全防护体系。设置安全防范系统的目的是为业主提供一个安全、可靠的环境，能够对出入口进行控制，监控移动对象(人或物)，并为业主提供应急通信等技术支持。

1住宅园区安全防护划分

住宅园区安防的设计应在满足国家现行规范要求的前提下，根据不同区域防护等级、建筑投资及安全管理工作的需求，设置不同级别的安全防护。

住宅园区的安全技术防范系统宜包括周界安防系统、公共区域安防系统、家庭安防系统及监控中心。其配置标准宜符合现行规范要求(见表1)。

2园区安防的设计原则

园区安防工程的设计应根据园区的使用功能、业主投资建设及安全管理工作的要求，综合运用安全防范技术，建设具有防入侵、防盗窃、防抢劫、防破坏、防爆安全检查的安全防范应用系统。

园区安防工程的设计采用先进成熟的技术,实现结构化、规范化、模块化、集成化的模式，以适应现阶段技术发展的需要。设计还应遵循人防、物防和技防相结合的原则，以满足园区内安全防范系统的安全性、可靠性、先进性、兼容性、可扩展性、经济性和适用性等。……
