Problems Needing Attention in Electrical Lighting Design of Green Buildings

AbstractIn the process of implementing green building evaluation, according to the requirements of “green building evaluation standard”, aiming at building electrical lighting energy saving, the problems existing in design and consulting are analyzed in detail. The purpose is to determine the illumination value correctly, and control the power density in the range of the standard. In addition, some more practical methods are put forward to reduce the effect of lighting control on energy saving.

为贯彻落实国家和行业节能减排与环境保护相关政策，住建部大力推进绿色建筑，提倡从设计、施工到运行管理全生命周期内，均采用绿色设计理念和技术，全面实行绿色施工，并在长期的运行阶段采取绿色管理手段，降低资源消耗、减少对环境的影响，达到节能、环保、高效和人性化的管理，促进可持续发展。

在实施绿色建筑的过程中，住建部颁布了GB/T 50378-2006《绿色建筑评价标准》，规定按照控制项、一般项和优选项进行评价，并分为居住建筑和公共建筑两种类型，且按照不同的条文进行评审。从阶段上分为设计标识和运行标识评审，申报运行标识的建筑必须竣工运行一年后方可申报，而设计标识在设计完成后即可申报。针对绿色建筑评价实行数年后的实际情况，经修订颁布了新版GB/T 50378-2014《绿色建筑评价标准》。在新版的评价标准中，除了控制项评价采取是否达标的评价方式外，其他方面均采用评分方式，根据所申报的绿色建筑的星级(分为一星、二星和三星，三星级最高)对评分项逐条进行评审，居住建筑与公共建筑均按照相同的条文进行评审。

在住建部颁布新版《绿色建筑评价标准》后，全国许多省市也相继颁布了相应的地方《绿色建筑评价标准》，北京市率先规定，所有新设计的建筑必须满足一星级标准，部分省市也随后开始效仿。
