[摘要] 目的 观察依匹斯汀联合卡介菌多糖治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。 方法 我院皮肤科门诊2013年3月～2014年3月收集82例慢性荨麻疹患者，将其随机分为两组。治疗组42例，予以依匹斯汀胶囊口服联合卡介菌多糖肌注，疗程8周；对照组40例，予依匹斯汀口服，疗程8周。在治疗第2周、第8周评价两种方法的临床疗效。 结果 治疗第2周治疗组总有效率为47.6%，对照组为45.0%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗第8周时，治疗组总有效率为88.1%，对照组总有效率为62.5%，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 依匹斯汀口服联合卡介菌多糖肌注治疗慢性荨麻疹有较好的临床治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of epinastine combined with bcg-polysaccharide in treating chronic urticaria. Methods 82 patients with chronic urticaria from March 2013 to March 2014 of dermatology clinic in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.42 cases in treatment group were given oral administration epinastine capsule combined with intramuscular administration bcg-polysaccharide for 8 weeks as a course of treatment.40 cases in control group were given oral administration epinastine for 8 weeks as a course of treatment.The clinical effect of two methods were evaluated at 2 and 8 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment for 2 weeks，the total effective rate in treatment group and control group was respectively 47.6% and 45.0%，and the difference had no statistical significance between two groups（P>0.05）.After treatment for 8 weeks，the total effective rate in treatment group and control group was respectively 88.1% and 62.5%，and the effect in treatment group was better than that of control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Oral administration epinastine combined with intramuscular administration bcg-polysaccharide has better effect in treating chronic urticaria.

荨麻疹俗称“风团块”，是由于皮肤、黏膜小血管扩张及渗透性增加而出现的一种局限性水肿反应[1]，临床表现为大小不同的风团伴瘙痒。通常在2～24 h内消退，但反复发生新的皮疹。慢性荨麻疹（CU）是指上述风团伴瘙痒几乎每天发生，持续6周以上[2]。中医认为，CU主要是由肝郁不舒，情志不遂，或体弱阴血不足，气血损耗而引起的，病因复杂不清[2]。目前关于CU的发病机制尚未明确，部分与自身免疫有关，近年有学者提出T辅助细胞亚群功能失调与CU的发展相关[3]。患者用药依从性差，常造成病情反复发作。我院皮肤科门诊应用依匹斯汀胶囊口服联合卡介菌多糖肌内注射治疗CU，临床效果比较肯定。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
