【摘要】目的 对Klinefelter综合征患儿进行临床与染色体核型分析，并了解患儿的检出情况。方法 采用外周血淋巴细胞培养常规染色体，G显带核型分析技术对9例Klinefelter患儿进行核型分析 结果 Klinefelter综合征患儿核型主要为典型核型（47，XXY）5例，嵌合型1例（47 ，XXY/46，XY），变异型（48，XXYY）1例，（49，XXXXY）2例 ，多以生长发育迟缓、反应迟钝、学习困难为表现。结论 Klinefelter综合征是儿童时期生长发育迟缓，智力低下的原因之一，X染色体数目越多，智力低下和发育畸形越严重，临床应及时进行细胞遗传学检查，及早确诊，对本病的防治有重要意义。

Conclusion Klinefelter syndrome is childhood growth retardation， mental retardation， one of the reasons， the more X chromosome number， the more serious mental retardation and developmental abnormalities， should be timely clinical cytogenetic examination， early diagnosis， prevention and treatment of this disease Significance.

Klinefelter综合征又称先天性曲细精管发育不全或原发性小睾丸症，由Klinefelter在1942年首次报道，是一种常见的性染色体异常疾病。本病在男性新生儿中发病率占1.2%，在男性不育症中占15-20%〔1〕，患儿在儿童期临床表现不明显，常于青春期或成年期出现异常而就诊，现对我院近3年检出的9例

Klinefelter综合征患儿的临床表现与染色体核型分析结果报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1病例来源 2013年1月至2015年12月到我院儿保科、康复科就诊的1024例患儿进行染色体检查，筛查出9例Klinefelter综合征，社会性别为男性，有不同程度的智力低下、生长发育迟缓并伴有多种异常表现。

1.2 方法 抽取患儿外周血无菌接种0.5ml于1640组合培养液中，并加入PHA刺激淋巴细胞增殖72h 培养，终止培养前2小时加入秋水仙素继续培养，常规方法收获制备染色体，G显带进行核型分析，参照〔人类细胞遗传学国际命名体制（ISCN2005）〕规定进行核型描述。……
