[摘要] 目的 研究胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的疗效以及对妊娠结局的影响。方法 该研究将该院临床产科门诊收治的50例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各25例。对照组采取饮食加运动的保守疗法，研究组在对照组基础上增加胰岛素治疗，记录观察两组患者的血糖浓度情况以及妊娠结局。结果 与对照组相比较，研究组患者的血糖浓度下降显著，妊娠结局，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 应用胰岛素治疗妊振期糖尿病，能较好得控制孕产妇血糖浓度，妊振结局也能得到极大的改善。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus and its effect on pregnancy outcome. Methods 50 cases of gestational diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group， 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with diet plus exercise， the study group was given insulin therapy on the basis of the control group， the blood glucose concentration of the two groups were observed and the pregnancy outcome was observed. Results Compared with the control group， the blood glucose concentration in the study group was significantly decreased， and the pregnancy outcome was significantly different between the two groups （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The application of insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus can better control maternal blood glucose concentration， and the pregnancy induced vibration can be greatly improved.

妊娠期糖尿病是孕期的一种常见并发症，通常表现为妊娠期首次产生的糖代谢异常。随着生活水平的改善，妊娠期糖尿病发病率不断增长，严重危害了母儿的身心健康，成为了公众高度关注的健康问题。及时采取有效措施将血糖控制在正常范围内能减少并发症的发生。为此，该研究选取50例妊娠期糖尿病患者做为研究对象，研究胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的疗效以及对妊娠结局的影响，以期为妊娠期糖尿病的治疗提供参考，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

该研究对象为该院临床产科门诊自2011年1月—2015年10月收治的50例妊娠期糖尿病患者。检测观察孕妇空腹血糖及口服50 g葡萄糖后1 h、2 h、3 h的血糖值，患者入选标准[1]：（1）两次或两次以上空腹血糖≥5.8 mmol/L；（2）50 g葡萄糖负荷试验1 h血糖≥11.1 mmol/L，以及空腹血糖≥5.18 mmol/L；（3）两次血糖值达到或超出标准。

将患者抽签随机分为对照组和研究组，各25例。……
