[摘要] 目的 对糖尿病患者的临床护理中糖尿病护理小组的应用价值加以探讨。方法 选取2014年3月—2015年10月该院收治的糖尿病患者76例，将其随机分为观察组（n=38）与对照组（n=38）。其中，观察组患者实施糖尿病护理小组护理，对照组则实施常规护理，对2组患者护理效果与护理满意度加以对比。结果 观察组在护理效果与护理满意度方面均显著优于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 对糖尿病患者实施糖尿病护理小组护理可有效提高护理总有效率与患者满意度，从而有效改善患者生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application value of diabetes care team in the clinical nursing for diabetic patients. Methods 76 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n=38） and the control group （n=38）， treated with the nursing by diabetes care team， and the conventional nursing， respectively. The nursing effect and level of nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing effect was significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The level of nursing satisfaction was remarkably higher in the observation group than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The nursing with diabetes care team can effectively improve the overall nursing effect and level of patient satisfaction as well as the quality of life in diabetic patients.

随着糖尿病发病率近年来不断升高，发病年龄日渐年轻化，再加之该疾病属自身代谢障碍性疾病，目前尚无办法予以根治[1]。糖尿病患者因其胰岛素分泌存在缺陷，因而不能正常发挥降低血糖的功能。这就使得糖尿病患者处于高血糖状态，在对其日常饮食进行控制的基础上，还需对其血糖进行监测，并予以胰岛素终身治疗[2]。此外，糖尿病并发症多，若未能对患者血糖进行有效控制则可能导致患者死亡，因而糖尿病患者的临床护理质量意义重大。该文选取2014年3月—2015年10月该院收治的糖尿病患者76例为研究对象，以对糖尿病患者临床护理中糖尿病护理小组的应用价值加以探讨，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2014年3月—2015年10月该院收治的糖尿病患者76例，男46例，女30例；年龄26～65岁，平均（45.7±3.6）岁；31例为1型糖尿病，45例为2型糖尿病。将其随机分为观察组与对照组各38例，2组患者在年龄及病情方面差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），故具可比性。
