[摘要] 目的 总结活血通络汤配合舒血宁治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法 择取该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的糖尿病性周围神经病变患者60例，按照随机数字法进行分组，共分为常规组与研究组两组，每组30例。对常规组与研究组分别采取西医与中医治疗，比较治疗效果。结果 研究组与常规组患者的治疗总有效率分别为96.7%与73.3%，比较数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对糖尿病性周围神经病变患者采用活血通络汤+舒血宁治疗的疗效显著，可促进患者疾病的早日康复。

[Abstract] Objective To summarize the invigorate the circulation of blood soup of t2dm with shu ning in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） clinical curative effect. Methods Will pick our hospital in January 2013 - January 2015， 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy， grouped according to the random number method， which is divided into normal group and the team in the two groups， 30 cases in each group. Of normal group and the team respectively take western medicine and TCM treatment， compare the efficacy of treatment. Results Group and routine group in the treatment of patients with total effective rate was 96.7% and 73.3% respectively， compare data significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion In patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy with huoxue soup of t2dm + shu ning blood treatment the curative effect is distinct， can promote patients disease recover at an early date.

DPN是糖尿病患者较为常见的一类临床并发症，其致残率较高[1]，使得患者身心需承受极大的痛苦，目前为止其具体的发病原因尚未明确，且主要发生于糖尿病患者中，现代医学主要采用维生素[2]治疗，其疗效不是十分显著。为此，该次研究回顾性分析了该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的60例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者的临床资料，并分别采用西医与中医进行治疗，探究其疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

择取我院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的糖尿病性周围神经病变患者60例设置为该次的研究对象，所有患者入院后均进行临床常规诊断显示疾病被确诊，均符合WHO规定的关于DPN的判定标准[3]。其合并症包括早期糖尿病肾病、视网膜病变、高血压病、血脂异常症、冠状动脉硬化性心脏病等[4]。

按照随机数字法进行分组，共分为常规组与研究组两组，每组患者均占据30例。常规组：男性患者所占百分比为56.7%（17/30），女性患者所占百分比为43.3%（13/30），年龄42～75岁，平均（53.2±4.6）岁；……
