[摘要] 目的 探讨吡格列酮二甲双胍片对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂以及临床疗效的影响。 方法 选择2型糖尿病患者60例，对照组常规治疗，观察组常规治疗基础上加服吡格列酮二甲双胍片，对比两组临床疗效以及血糖、血脂的变化情况。结果 两组患者的血糖、血脂以及HbA1C水平均有所下降，但观察组的下降程度明显高于对照组，两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论 吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病能增加胰岛素敏感性，有效控制血糖，同时还可减少胰岛素用量，明显改善临床症状。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the pioglitazone metformin on type 2 diabetes patients with blood glucose， blood lipid and clinical curative effect. Methods 60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes， control group was given conventional treatment， the observation group on the basis of conventional therapy with oral metformin hydrochloride and glibenclamide tablets， compared two groups of clinical curative effect and blood glucose and blood lipid changes. Results The blood glucose， blood lipid and HbA1C levels of the two groups were decreased， but the observation group was significantly higher than the control group， the two groups were not serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Pioglitazone， metformin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can increase insulin sensitivity， effective control of blood glucose， but also can reduce the dosage of insulin， significantly improve the clinical symptoms.

当今社会，糖尿病成为危害人类健康的三大慢性病之一。调查[1]显示，仅有1/4的糖尿病患者HbA1C达标。糖尿病极易发生并发症，严重威胁患者的健康。该研究采用吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病，取得较好疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择开封市中医院2014年6月—2014年12月就诊的2型糖尿病患者60例，其中男32例，女28例；年龄30～60岁，平均（39.64±7.13）岁；病程1～15年。所有患者均符合WHO1999年制订的诊断标准。入选患者排除①肝、肾功能异常；②有其他内分泌系统疾病者；③肿瘤、感染、心力衰竭。按随机数表法抽样，将其分为观察、对照组，各30例。两组年龄、性别、病程等一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 方法
