摘要：现代社会随着计算机技术的发展，云计算已经成为现代互联网科技发展的标志，云计算的发展和应用越来越快，网络信息的发展，大量数据的产生，云计算可以对大量的数据进行处理，受到各行业的青睐。该文采用文献案例研究的方法，基于云计算技术和电子政务结合为主要研究对象，对基于云计算的电子政务服务平台系统的发展和特点进行了分析，对基于云计算的电子政务服务平台系统模型和构建进行了研究。

Abstract： In modern society， with the development of computer technology， cloud computing has become a symbol for the development of modern science and technology， the Internet， cloud computing development and application is more and more quickly， the development of network information， generate large amounts of data， cloud computing can to a large amount of data processing， favored by the industry. The literature of case study method， based on cloud computing technology and e-government are combined as the main research object， analyzes the development and characteristics of cloud computing e-government service platform system based on based on cloud computing e-government service platform system model and construction were studied.

1 基于云计算的电子政务服务平台系统研究意义

云计算是在国内外的计算机领域是一个很火热的技术，云计算是新型的网络服务模式，基于云计算电子政务提高政府服务执政能力，克服传统电子政务的缺陷，减少电子政务的失败，节约政府资金成本，提高工作效率统一各地政府服务体系，提供一种面向服务的全新的服务体系结构。给政府的办公自动化提供一个大规模的网络数据平台，使政府信息资源实现共享。

在国外，云计算技术首先是在美国被应用，可以说美国是世界云计算技术的开发者和推广者，经过多年的发展，美国的云计算技术已经发展到成熟时期，比其他国家的技术水平都要领先，在美国最先研究云计算技术的有微软、谷歌等大IT行业的巨头，云计算技术为IT行业带来了技术上的变革，云计算……
