摘 要：大学生创新创业训练计划项目能够提高大学生的创新创业意识，培养大学生的团队合作精神，激发学生的学习热情，提高实践能力及钻研能力。该文就皖西学院生物类专业创新创业训练计划执行过程中，遇到的学生专业知识薄弱，项目研究时间较少，实验室管理混乱等问题进行了分析和探讨，并提出见解和建议：设立创新创业计划项目，建立有效途径吸引大学生参与科研创新项目，在培养大学生创新能力上进行探索，系统优化生物类专业大学生创新创业能力培养机制等。

Study on Cultivating Students' innovative Ability Relying on College Students' innovation and Entrepreneurship Program

Abstract：College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program which can cultivate students' team spirit，stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning，improve their practical ability and research ability and eventually improve students' innovation and entrepreneurship is wildly operated. The program is encountered less research time，disordered laboratory management and other issues. Problems are analyzed and discussed. The program which establish effective ways to attract students to participate in scientific research and innovation project can optimize students' innovation ability cultivation mechanism.

随着大学招生规模的持续扩大，大学毕业生的就业形势日益严峻，社会对高等人才的要求也日益多元化发展，这就迫切要求重视并加强大学生创新思维及动手能力的培养。这些能力的培养，仅仅通过理论教学及实践教学是不够的，还需要以科研项目为载体，加大生物类专业本科生创新能力的培养。大学里的科研项目不仅承担着发表论文、申请专利等科研任务，也是提高大学生实践能力的重要平台。“大学生创新创业计划”是教育主管部门面向本科生立项的项目，旨在通过展开创新创业教育的改革，促进人才培养观念的转变，提升大学生实践能力和创新创业素养，培养创新创业人才。
